I'm always hesitant reviewing a mechanic after one (1) visit. I have now been to their shop 7-10 times in last 18 months, & they always did a great job on my two vehicles. What I value most is honesty, good work & trust. Be prepared to wait, as with honest work comes great client demand, best if you drop off vehicle moing & pick up later, unless it's a quick oil change. I would recommend them against any of the big chains like Can Tire. Your wait times & price will be much less, and you get professional work done from great knowledgeable mechanics.

Wanted to update my last post. One of our cars is quite old and very needed with a busy family. Haseeb was very understanding of our need. His team was able to kept it on the road for us for a bit longer, which is really important for us right now. Much thanks. I was lost for a mechanic when Ron left this business, was not a fan of the in-between business operators. On a whim I checked this Master Mechanic location again to see if they were still in place. To my benefit this location is under new ownership and management. I am not lost anymore for a mechanic. My Dodge Caravan at 13 years and 265,000+ km means the world to me. They "get it" and we worked to get the brakes and a cost effective solution for the power steering pump figured out. I am very happy with the repairs and will be coming back to Haseeb, and his Master Mechanic location for future preventative maintenance and repairs.

Always had good service here. I used to live in the area when I first started using this shop, now I come in from Milton for service. Reasonable, accurate pricing, very trustworthy, they stand behind their work.

This business has eaed my trust.....you can't say that about a number of other garages. Mr.Haseeb fixed a very difficult repair on my daughters car and without his efforts , the car would have been in serious trouble. I fully recommend his services. I have been involved in the auto industry for many years and do not recommend service operations unless they deserve the recommendations'. Master Mechanic and Haseeb deserve this recommendation.

It’s a hassle to find a reliable mechanic. So, I am glad I have contacted Mr Haseeb. He was quick to set me an appointment. He took care of everything. He did the diagnosis. He reassured me. He let me know exactly in details what was going on. It was nothing to worry about. He took the pressure off tremendously. I was impressed with the rigour and excellent service. Best service I've ever received. They took care of our needs and was very understanding and compassionate. They supported us when I went through cancer surgery and chemotherapy. Their service is excellent and they go above and beyond to attend to the our needs. We take all three vehicles there for service as needed and required. Better than the dealers.

Wow what to say. Have been going here for a couple of years now. They do all oil changes, winter tire on/off, multiple small repairs. Haseeb and his staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. No job too small. I have sent my son, daughter-in-law, wife and multiple friends here and they all come away glowing at the service and straight forward honesty. Haseeb stay open for ever I do not want to go anywhere else. Honesty and value for money - what else is there.

Professional service with good prices

I have serviced my car twice from here and im completely satisfied so far. Mr. Haseeb is well knowledged, proffessional and clearly advise what works should be done and dont try to upsell any product/service. They did the works well and give a review about our cars condition. Above all the way they interact with us is very friendly and appreciate that behavior. Keep up the good work and honesty..

Would definitely recommend! They’re very honest mechanics, they did a brake inspection for me and didn’t charge me for it. Will be retuing for sure
